All Private Lessons are 30 mins long Dress Attire: Any style Leotard /Shorts and leggings. Disclaimer: Always use good judgement when doing any physical activity in your home. Please make sure to clear adequate space in your home or practice area before attempting movements, remove any households items or any environmental factors that could potentially harm you or those around you. The Dynasty Institute is not liable for any injuries or claims of negligence or damages sustained from voluntarily participating in online virtual instruction, Cancellation Policy: If Private is cancelled within 24 hours you will charged for that private. No Refunds or Credit for private lessons.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation, please inform us 24 hours before scheduled session to avoid a cancellation of $50.00 which is paid your next visit. Please Note this does note pertain to free classes or workshops. Photo/Video Release Permission TDI is hereby granted permission to take photographs and video of the students to use in social media, brochures posters advertisements and other promotional material the academy creates. Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs in its name. The release will allow us to videotape our recitals/performances, as well as record class footage to share video for students to rehearse choreography and fine tune technique. Failure to agree to either condition, will result in the inability to complete registration and enrollment. I understand and agree that in participating in Virtual/ In Person dance class, workshop, private lesson, rehearsal or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury or death. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or my child during any The Dynasty Institute classes, private lesson, rehearsals, performances, or activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify The Dynasty Institute, its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me, my children, or property which may rise out of or in connection with participation in any Virtual classes or studio classes or activities conducted by The Dynasty Institute . I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold The Dynasty Institute , its owners, agents, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest artists, faculty members, and/or students liable for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my child physical limitations and agree no to exceed them. If I am agree to this wavier for my child. I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the right to waive these right. Permission is granted to The Dynasty Institute to use photographs/videos of students for publicity purposes. I have read and agree to be bound by the above statement. REFUND POLICY! The school adheres to a No Refund Policy. When enrolling please make sure you are ready to commit to our Acro dance program. No refunds will be given for any tuition, fees, or attire paid/purchased. Studio/Virtual Policies TDI requires all members to uphold the following as a registered student: • All dancers must always have proper uniform required for class. • Students must arrive on time for class. Any late entry after 5 minutes, student will not be allowed in class, (This is prevent injury) • All students must be picked up at the conclusion of every class. For every 10 minutes that an instructor must wait with any dancer past the conclusion of class time, parents will be charge $15.00 which will be due the next class. • No gum, soft drinks, cell phones or jewelry. • Parents will assume full responsibility for any damage, breakage or destruction of studio/property by their child. NO BEADS!!!!!! Refund Policy: There are NO Refunds or Credits that will be given for tuition, subscriptions and any related Tuition fees.
