The Rise of a Daughter is a client-focused Christian life coaching experience. This program provides accountability, clarity, and Spirit-led guidance in a safe and supportive space.
This is not therapy and not counseling. Coaching focuses on awareness, forward movement, and intentional action — not diagnosing, treating, or reliving the past.
Sessions are collaborative and client-led. I guide the process, ask intentional questions, and support you as you take responsibility for your growth and next steps.

• 24-hour notice for reschedules
• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited
