Cancellation Policy

Booking & Virtual Session Policy By booking a 1:1 session, you agree to the following terms: Scheduling & Rescheduling All sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session time will not be accommodated. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior communication, the session will be considered a no-show. In this case: The session will not be conducted No refund will be issued A new session must be booked to continue Late arrival may also result in a shortened session to respect scheduled time boundaries. No-Show Policy Failure to attend your session without notice will result in the session being considered complete. No refunds or reschedules will be provided. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or missed sessions. Virtual Session Requirements This is a live virtual session. Clients are responsible for: Having a stable internet connection Joining from a quiet, private space Using a functioning device with audio and video enabled Logging in on time and prepared Technical issues on the client’s end (including internet failure, device issues, or environmental disruptions) do not qualify for a refund or reschedule. Session Scope This is a one-time clarity session. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or psychological advice. No diagnoses or treatment will be provided. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for showing up prepared, focused, and ready to engage. This session is designed for clarity and decision-making, not ongoing coaching. By booking this session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
